artístico lo conocen como Miles Peña que esta noche nos brindará
un concierto en el Velvet Room de Atlanta y para empezar esta entrevista Miles
me gustaría que nos hablaras en cuanto a tus inicios en Cuba y tus
comienzos en la música.
April 11, 2003 was a very special day because I got to interview a person that I really admire, Mr. Bobby Marin. Marin is one of the many people in New York that helped develop “Música Movida”. he recorded with everybody from Joe Bataan to Louie Ramirez, he worked with Al Santiago, Pacheco, Willie Colon, Nelson González, Mauricio Smith and the list goes on and on. While enjoying a Martini, Julián Mejía, Bobby Marín and my self spent a few hours talking about what we like to talk, Latin Music.
Cuando me enteré que el Grupo Niche daría un concierto en nuestra
bella ciudad de Atlanta empece a investigar información para escribir
una breve biografia de la infinita vida de Niche. Julián y yo hicimos
los arreglos necesarios para obtener una entrevista con Niche y gracias
a Guilliani Productions la entrevista que se llevo a cabo en el restaurante
"Salsa con Sabor" fue muy interesante.

and am so grateful he came to Atlanta –now almost 6 years ago.
My adoration is in part due to his jovial personality and his everlasting
smile on the dance floor but mostly because of his vast knowledge and
appreciation of Latin music. Julián’s soul lights up when
he is talking, educating, singing or dancing Latin music. …and
I for one love seeing that glow.
